78 Alumni Networks Vice-Chancellor Professor Lap-Chee Tsui and Professor Ying Chan 陳婉瑩 (BSocSc 1970), Director of Journalism & Media Studies Centre, shared HKU’s latest developments with exchange students, mentors and over 80 alumni from the legal, journalism, business and other professions, on June 9, 2013. Beijing Network At the University’s Shanghai Study Centre, alumni gathered to meet with Professor Lap-Chee Tsui who was conferred an Honorary Degree by Fudan University on May 17, 2013. Some of them ew from Hong Kong, some came from different places in the Mainland and are now working in Shanghai, some are Hongkongers who now call Shanghai home, and a few non-Chinese journalism alumni who are starting their businesses there.
