Ordinary General Meeting In accordance with Convocation Constitution and Rules, eight members* were elected to the Standing Committee of Convocation at the Ordinary General Meeting held on June 21, 2018 for a term of three years with immediate effect until the Ordinary General Meeting in 2021. The University of Hong Kong Convocation 香港大學畢業生議會 is a statutory body comprising all graduates and teaching staff of the University. Online Survey In April 2018, the University Affairs Sub-committee of the Standing Committee conducted an online survey about the work priority of the incoming President and Vice- Chancellor Professor Xiang Zhang, who officially took office on July 17, 2018.
