A dedication ceremony was held on 5 May 2026 to celebrate the establishment of The Hong Kong Jockey Club Professorships at HKU. This initiative follows the creation in 2024 of the HKU Jockey Club Enterprise Sustainability Global Research Institute (HKUJCESGRI), with the support of The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust.
|
HKUJCESGRI is poised to pioneer work in the economics, policy, and business practices of sustainability. The Hong Kong Jockey Club Endowed Professors will have significant opportunities to develop scholarships, assist the government in policy formulation, and contribute to society at large.
